I rode my little paint mustang Sanpdragon around the Valley checking the cattle. I sighed thinking about Bryn. Why did she have to play so many games? And Carrie she was awesome. I smiled to myself and heard hoofbeats behind me. I looked and saw Carrie galloping up on Storm. I smiled

I had taken Storm out, after all, I'm sure she didn't want to stay cooped up down at the barn all day, and neither did I really. I was not meant to just stand around at farms all day. Beneath me, Storm was taking in the new smells as we stared out across the Valley when something caught my eye: a young cowboy on a painted horse, mustang to be excat. I grinned, "Come on Storm, let's go," I said excitedly, nudging her in the sides. She didn't need to be told twice as she hurtled us down the hill at a fast gallop and we soon apporached Cody now, slowing down to his speed, "I see you managed to escape the work place?" I asked with a grin.

I laughed as Carrie galloped up to me. "Yes actually I convinced my mom to let me come check on cows now." I said mock proudly. "It is better then being cooped up and Snapdrragon wanted out." I said peting her speckled neck. "Storm looked very happy to be out galloping."

"Yes actually I convinced my mom to let me come check on cows now," she said in this mock proud voice, "It's better than being cooped up and Sanpdragon wanted out." I couldn't help but to laugh, "Oh snap, Cody's a big boy now, checking on the cows." A snort escaped Storm now as she eyed Snapdragon again, her ears twitching, "Yeah, Storm loves it. She was never much of a show horse, just a trail horse."

I laughed at Carries response that was aimed at Snap. Snap nickered a little as if to say oh push him a big boy! Yeah right he still needs a dog collar and a leash! I laughed again. "Snap and I ride on the rodeo circuit but nothing fancy. I don't really have time... My mom being the english trainer would love for me to ride english but I just feel more comfortable western." I explained to Carrie.

As Snap nickered at my statement, I giggled a little. It was as if she were answering me, and probably mocking her owner at the same time, " Snap and I ride on the rodeo circuit but nothing fancy. I don't really have time... My mom being the english trainer would love for me to ride english but I just feel more comfortable western." Cody explained to me now. I merely laughed, "Because western riding is were it's at! I'd like to see those english snobs rough it out here in their saddles."

I smiled "Some are not too bad. I mean AJ rides both and so does danni but there are a lot of bad ones." I said rolling my eyes. It was true. "Want to go see some cows." I said lauging at how lame it sounded

"Then come on," he said with a laugh as he and Snap took off at a lope now. It startled me, "Come on Storm, we can let those two beat us to the cows," wow, did that really come out of my mouth? Whatever, I just gave Storm her head and we took off after Cody and his painted mustang.
