I was just walking into the coffee Barn , a fresh five dollar bill in my hand , when a girl i knew wasn't from around here walked into the cafe and stood behind me , i didn't want to be rude and something about her told me she was lonely as we were in line i said " uh hi i don't want to be too forward or anything , but i'm archer , your new at freehearts aren't you ?" i asked her , i felt like that was most likely too much information to give ,but maybe she'd answer .

I had totally been wandering around all day, mostly just checking out the town when I finally decided that I should probably just get myself a drink. Either way, walking around out in the sun out here, it suddenly dawned on my that I might not need to fake bake my self while I was here. Pulling out my sidekick as I stepped into the line behind a boy, I was checking to see if I got signal when he turned around. Glancing up to meet his gaze, I was startled by how forward he was, but I soon just offered him a smile now, "Yeah, I am! My friend and I just got here early afternoon," I feel like I was forgetting something, right, my name, "Oh, I'm Genevieve, but you can call me Gena. And It's a pleasure to meet you, Archer."

" sorry for being so uh forward , didn't me to make you uncomfortable . " i said with a thin smile , something about her made me think she shared my secret , i noticed the way her eyes looked sad every once and a while and i knew.

Wow, he was good. Reconizing that. I wonder what gave me away, my eyes flickered down to my sidekick for a moment, no signal, so I just put it back into my purse now, "It's alright. Things happen," there was a pause before I added on with a weak smile, "But it's okay. I forgive you."

I wondered if she could tell the same thing but smiled shorty and said " good it would be weird if this had gotten awkward. " i said laughing afterward.

The moment he laughed, I knew he was alright. For a moment, I had been doubting the situation, for some reason, looking at his eyes at certain times just felt like i was mirroring my own, "Just a little," I said with a smile, "So, considering that you could pick me out so easily, I guess you've been here for a while? At free hearts I mean, not this coffee shop."

I cocked my head slightly to the side for a moment before a smile acrossed over my lips, "That's impressive. Must be one of your secret talents," I commented with a giggle, "But do they really call us the problem kids?"

"Or they're just sent here because they didn't understand," I murmured softly, glancing back at Archer now who was just staring hard at the coffee menu. It wasn't hard to guess that he was one of the ones who just wanted to get away. Perhaps I should break the conversation now though, "So, um, what's good to drink here anyways?"
