Laughter escaped me, "God no, I could never imagine you as a southern bell. But you're not a fake and tease either. You're like...real, you know?" I asked her, and an odd sound escaped Emyrs and I glanced at my horse, "What? THat didn't make sense? You jerk," I replied before rolling my eyes before glancing back over to Jett now, "Sorry about my horse convos, I do them a lot....but yeah...You're a good person Jett. Don't let anybody tell you differently or try and change you."

I looked down " i try ." i said with a smile downward however, it felt sort of dismissing in a way i looked up to look at emrys and pet his nose softly " You either." i said to them both really

The way Jett reacted, I knew I had said something wrong. Girls had never been my forte in life. I knew this had been going too well for too long before I had messed it up some how. I watched how Jett petted his muzzle now and Emyrs's ears flickered forward now as his amber eyes stared at her. I was silent for a moment before finally offering, "Did you want to ride him?"

I smiled at him " i think he'd prefer you riding him , i haven't ridden in forever , but i'm sure Lucian would like to go on a trail ride ?" i asked hopeing he would take the hint that we could go on a trail ride

"Haven't ridden in forever? Geez, how do you live?" I asked with a smile now. It took me a moment, but I finally did get the gist of her hint, "I'd love to go for a trial ride" I said with a laugh, "This will be even more exiciting since I will have no idea where I will be going."

I laughed " well me either , who doesn't love an adventure?" i suggested , getting jaydens tack in a single minute or so and beginning to put it no lucian , his ears perking happily at the familiarity of it

I laughed, "Well, I guess it's settled then. And I agree, I think everybody's always up for an adventure," with that, I tossed the brush back into the bucket and went to grab Emyrs's tack for the moment and came back out with it. Emyrs eyed me for a moment but simply accepted the fact now that he was going to go out and stood still as I started to saddle him.

I was suprised i still remembered so much about horses, but we were both done at around the same time . " ready ?" i asked smiling at the horses reactions

It didn't take me long before I was done tacking up Emyrs now. I glanced over to Jett to see if she had needed any help she since had told me that she hadn't ridden in a while. Surprisenly enough though, she seemed completely fin eand had finished roughly at the same time, "Yup, I am," I replied with a smile as I lead Emyrs out now.

I used the stirrup and gave myself the best leg up i could , rather ungracefully infact . I sat up in the saddle and put up the stirrups shorter then i would have liked , jayden was taller than me now . " Ready ?" i asked him although he should have been asking me that , he was waiting patiently perfectly situated
