Laughter escaped me, "Yeah, I just got here, so it's not like I really know anybody at all, except for the kids I came here with, but, they were certainly an odd bunch. Didn't like to talk, well, this one girl did, but she was rather full of herself," and I probably wouldn't be forgetting Greta any time soon as much as I wanted too. As I ran the comb over Emyrs's flanks now, I glanced back over toward Jett, "So, I noticed there's an accent in your voice. You're not from around these parts, are you?"

I simply laughed and shook my head slightly, "I guess I notice the little things about people," I replied as I switch to Emyrs's other side now, "Ah, Italy. I knew it was something European, but I just couldn't quite peg it," I commented now as dust began to raise from my horse's dark coat. After a moment, I commented, "This is a far ways away from Italy."

Laughter escaped me, "I bet, this place is probably a lot less crowded than Rome ever is," actually, I'm sure Rome was busy 24.7 and actually had a night life. I continued to brush Emrys now before Jett asked me where I was from, "Hm? Oh, no where speacial. Just Washington state, you know, where all the vampires live," I said with a grin, uncertain if she would acutally get the joke or not, "Anyways, what's Rome like? I've never been."

I thought about what he said then laughed , getting it ,, " very funny ." i smiled . " well i lived just outside of the city , and its nice in countryside , and fun in the city of course, but its hard to have a life there."

At least she got the joke, glad I hadnt' just totally made a fool of myself. I tossed the curry comb into the bucket now as I grabbed the hard brush and started working on Emyrs's coat again, "I try," I replied now as I listned to her speak about Rome, "Ah, country side, makes sense since your brother has a horse," I commented thoughtfully before glancing over my shoulder back at Jett, "I can imagine, but it's hard to have a life any where really. Espeaically when you're dealt...unfortunate circumstances."

I listened to her story, her voice seemed off a little though. She was thinking, it was easy to tell. After all, I'm sure that a lot of memories just flooded into her mind because of my questions. I offered a smile, "I wouldn't call it succeeding, I was offered a complicated situation. But I guess that's why we all come here," with that, I turned my gaze back to Emyrs now as I groomed him, "Anyways, I'm sure there are other things to talk about."
