Name: Caleb Moore
Face Claim: Colin Morgan
Age: 16
Height: 6’1
Appearance: Caleb is not certainly just skin and bones, but he does not have a lot of definition unlike some other guys. He’s tall and lanky, and somewhat awkward looking, but still lean. He has a rather pale complexion about him which brings out his light green eyes. He has dark brown hair, but it’s normally dyed black and makes him look gaunt. He combs most of his hair forward so it can attempt to cover his eyes. He has no noticeable scars, but he does have a tattoo on his ribcage that says ‘Free At Last’ in script with a dead crow hanging from the ‘L’ and in print, it says ‘6/6/06’ under the ‘ast’ of last.
Personality: Caleb can be quite the little trouble maker when he wants to, he hardly ever likes to listen to adults, or his peers for the matter. He usually tends to see himself as an outsider to society and pushes himself away from others without much thought. He tends to be listening to his music through large headphones in hopes that people will not talk to him because of this. That being said, when Caleb does feel like talking, he often has a rather dark sense of humor and likes to argue rather than carry on rather civilized conversations. He’s all about shock and acting out. Deep down though, Caleb can be a rather understanding person when he wants to, but that’s only if you’ve won him over as a friend.
History: Caleb was sent to Free Hearts most because of his needing of an attitude adjustment because his parents could handle him ‘turning to the dark side’ was how they put it. They had blamed the public school system for his antics and tried to switch him over to private school. Although, Caleb didn’t handle private school very well either because he stuck out far too easily and the kids there tended to provoke him into acting out. It wasn’t until he got caught stray painting on his school’s walls did he get taken to court over it. His parents were in anguish over their son’s behavior and were uncertain of what to do. The school itself wanted to press charges in which he would be sent to juvie, and many parents of children in the school agreed because they believed their children’s lies about him. The judge however, as well as the forensic psychiatrist saw otherwise. In sessions with meeting Caleb, they saw that he did have great intelligence and thought that he could figure out his life. So, instead of sending him to juvie, they decided to send him to Free Hearts instead, hoping that the environment there would help Caleb emotionally but also socially so he could figure out his problems on his own.
Talents: Drawing, playing on piano/keyboard, and he likes to play with horses rather than ride them.
