After a day or two, I had managed to settle in, physically at least. I wasn't so sure about mentally. All of it still seemed so sureal to me, and at times, I felt like I was watching somebody else's world and not my own. Perhaps I was still tied down with home, John, my ex, that I wasn't fully...well, free. In a manner of escapism, I had dared to leave my apartment and head outside once again with my Nikon this time and roam around town. Soon, I had found myself taking pictures of buildings and unsuspecting people, like I always did. I guess some things never did change about your life, only the people. I was standing outside Jenni's now, but I wasn't intent on going in, just looking around and exploring like I always did, waiting for something to call out for me to take a picture of it.

I was in jenni's the local dinner , jsut to get out of the house and away from there drama and all , i looked out the window and saw that girl harlow taking pictures , until she met my gaze

I had my eyes on my Nikon's screen, and was about to take a picture of a couple holding hands as they walked into Jenni's when I caught something in the window. Distracted, I lovered my camera now and glanced over. In the window, I saw Alec sitting there, staring at me. It was hard to forget Alec, I had met him in a coffee shop of all things, standing in line. Plus, I had his polaroid up on my wall now. I smiled and waved at him slight and turned, opening to get a picture of the couple but they were already gone. Admiting defeat to myself, I walked inside to join Alec.

She walked in and sat next to me , i turned and grinned and her " hey stranger." i smiled again

I slid in besides him now, "Hey," I said with a soft smile, "Are you waiting for anybody? I wouldn't want to interupt if you were."

" no actually ." i frowned at the thought , what was becoming of me lately , i'd have to try to get into a bar later

As he replied, I watched how he frowned. Laughter couldn't help but to escape me, "You're not used to being by yourself a lot, are you?"

" i'm usually surrounded by tons of hot girls." i looked to my other side and made a pouty face .

I raised an eye brow, staring at him for a second, "Are you having a bad day? I mean...other than not being surrounded by...hot girls?"

" is it that obvious?" i asked , a smile teasing on my lips at her refrence to my earlier comment " and i am around at least one." i smiled and nodded my head for her to akgnowledge the compliment
