I walked into Slates, looking for Bella. I was dressed a little nicer in a clean, stripped button-down shirt and jeans.
"Table for two." I told the waitress. "My date will be here soon."
She nodded and led me off to a table in the back.

I walked in and saw Devin. I was wearing my almost best- a red dress over dark wash skinny jeans. With converse. I smiled at him. "You clean up nicley!"

I laughed. "You do too." I got up and pulled her chair out for her, motioning for her to sit down. "Ladies first."

I smiled again. "But I'm not much of a lady. More like a woman..... ladys don't fight gangs." I smiled and sat down. "Pizza for me for sure...and coke! You?"

I shrugged. "Okayish. My old BFF- Teagan- just came here to excape her brother... I kinda used to date him. But you are a LOT better. And Carolyn just told me that she used to be a girl named Layla, who was my other BFF...so, yeah. But my dating life got a whole lot better."
