"Oh, sorry," I replied now, uncertain of what to say. I never did well with depressing situations, 'You can ride him some time if you want," I added on now. After all, he was a lot to handle, and considering that I was here to 'get better' or whatever.

I offered a small smile, "Yeah, it's okay. I mean, I never know when I'll get to ride him now, and he always needs a good work out since he's full of energy."

I smiled, "That works," I replied, glancing over towards my fleabitten pony now, "That work for you Esca?" A gleeful whinny escaped my pony now as he quickly turned and started trotting around again, tossing his head. I rolled my eyes, "Maybe you two will bond."
