Silence fell over Cody for a moment, and I just glanced back down at my guitar, my finger tips running over the strings, creating something that almost sounded hauntly: beautiful and mysterious. I allowed the boy next to me to gather his thoughts, and I just remaiend silent until he started to speak again. My gaze flickered up, looking over at Cody now, but he seemed to be gazing off in the distance. It was funny how we jumped from girlfriends to leaving here so easily, "I know," I replied now, "You should visit me sometime after I leave here, I'll show you a real city."

Cody

I nodded "I might. That sounds good." I said my voice distant and haunting almost.

[Natalie "Envy" Adams]

Envy,

"I guess it's a deal then," I replied, although, he didn't look fully down to earth right now, "Still thinking?"

Cody

"What? Oh sorry." I said running my fingers through my hair. "Yeah I guess it is..."

[Natalie "Envy" Adams]

I watched as he ran his fingers through his hair. Cute. I scooted a little closer now, but most of my attention still rested on my guitar, "Still thinking about your girlfriend?"

Cody

I shook my head slowly "Actually no... I was just thinking about what you had said to me..."

"Really?" I asked, glancing back over, "About leaving here?"

Cody

"About being myself and not who everyone else wants me to be."

[Natalie "Envy" Adams]

Laughter escaped me, "That's how it always should be," after all, I dress and act the way I am because I want to, granted, it doesn't make me a role model, "Never be a robot, it's a terrible and depressing life of fakeness."

I laughed and nodded "You are very right."
