I walked over to the stables now, figuring that that's where he meant online when he said meet him in two hours. After all, Cody always seemed to be doing his job. Pushing the door open, I walked in and glanced around, but I didn't see him, "Figures," I muttered to myself before walking the ilses and spotted a familiar paint mare. Leaning against her stall now, "Hey Snapdragon," I greeted, outstretching my hand slightly to give the mare a quick pet, "Where's Cody?"

I saw carrie and smiled. I'd been mucking stalls. She asked snap where I was "well she's an opinonated mare but don't thinks gonna talk." I joked as I walked up to carrie. I pulled my cowboy hat down lower on my head.

Snap had given me no answer, but I guess that's what I get for talking to horses. Hearing apporaching footsteps now, I ignored them until I heard a familiar voice, "Well, she's an opinionated mare, but don't think she's gonna talk," Cody joked now as he walked over. I glanced over at him, grinning now, "You don't know that," I replied with a grin, "I'm a horse whisperer in training." Pushing away from the stall, I leaned forward a little so I could glance at him from under his cowboy hat, grinning I then asked, "So Cody, done with your wonderful stable boy duties?"

He laughed at my words, "Yes, my slavery is done for the day. Wanna go for a ride?" He asked me now. I just stared at him now for a moment before smiling, "Of course. I always want to go riding with you," wow, that sounded corny, "Of course," I added on with a devilish grin, "Will you and Snap be able to keep up? Because, you two were having some trouble last time."

I smiled and we just stoof there lost in each others gazes. "We shall see." I said and grabbed snaps purple halter.

We sort of just stood there, honstly, it felt like time had slown down or stopped. You know, like those things that you only read about in books or in the movies. Cody was the one to break the silence though, "We shall see," he siad now before grabbing Snap's halter. I moved out of the way so i didn't block the stall, "Oh really? Is that a challenge Cody?" I asked with a grin. Just then, Storm poked her head out from her own stall, and let out a shrill whinny and making an ugly face at us, "Storm! Don't be jealous," I called out to my black mare now.

I laughed and ground tied snap outside of her stall. The air seemed to be holding carrie and I in a small circle. It was an odd feeling almost like when I met bryn but this was more real. Carrie wasn't a horse snob and was not going to be fake.
Ooc bryn if u read this I don't really think that its just cody

I watched Cody for a moment as he started to tack up Snap now. It was cool how she was ground tied trainned. Of course, maybe I should be tacking up my own horse now rather than watch Cody tack up his own horse. Perhaps I just thought that walking away from this made it a dream. Another whinny escaped Storm now, and there was the thundering crack of her hoof against wood, "Coming Storm!" I called now, and walked over to her as she greeted me with nuzzle now. Rolling my eyes, a smile still across my lips, I went and gathered her tack and went into her stall now and threw it on as fast as I could. Normally, Storm wasn't too paitent with me, but this time, she was. Perhaps she sensed that this was something important for me. The moment I was done, I grabbed hold of her reins and led her out of her stall now, "I'll see you outside slowpoke!" I called out to Cody now before taking Storm outside.

I smiled and threw my saddle on snaps back and pulled her hackamore over her ears as we ran after carrie. I jumped on snap from a trot and looked down at carrie "who's the slow poke now?" I joked laughing
