Shockingly enough, she had smiled at my words. Honestly, I had been waiting for a slap in the face. It was my usual treatment after all. I simply shrugged, "Alright then, you're loss," I replied and started to head out the door as she asked me if I needed any help, "Nah, I'll be okay. I'm more worried about finding the place rather than my bags and stuff."

"What? You don't like to argue for the sake of arguing?" God, she was an odd one then. I pushed open the door now and stepped out onto the steps. I stared down the street for a moment, almost waiting for a tumbleweed to go rolling across the way. But nothing happen. I glanced back over at Lili now, "I don't know about you, but I'm starving. Took me forever to get here."

I smiled " only when i'm right ." i said and looked down the street as well . " me too." i agreed with him , i'd have to walk there though

"You're odd," I replied flatly now as I walked down the steps and stepped out onto the side walk now. I glanced back over at her now as she stated taht she was hungry as well, "Well, let's go then. I'm sure they have real people food around here somewhere."

I smiled again too the ground though . " like no ones ever told me that ." i said bluntly highly sarcastically , " i hope so ." i said to the food , i had about 40$ in my pocket

I could hear the sarcasim in her voice now, and I merely shot her a look, but I didn't comment on it as I started to walk down the road now in search for food, "Tell me about it, plane food was a joke."

I ignored his look of annoyance , i usually said what i wanted whether people liked it or not . he mentioned plane food and i couldn't help but wonder what kind of life this guy led . I'd never even been on a plane before , only trains and buses and stuff like that

She ignored my look, shocking to say the least. I had been hoping that it would have gotten a rise out of her, this odd mysterious girl. Only thing I knew about her now was that she didn't want any help carrying her bags and that she lived in foster care for most of her life. She didn't seem to talk much, which was fine with me, I didn't care much for talking either. My eyes darted around from building to building in search of decent food now before seeing something that resembled a dinner a little more than a block away, "I think that's food," I said absentmindly now.
