I looked from him to valentine " well the real thing is much better." i replied with a hint of a smile , although as i started walking near the barn i got slightly nervous because of valentines behavior , i was slightly glad caleb was keeping his distance from her incase she decided to rear or kick out , i just didn't like no one being here when things like that happened. A year or two ago when i was at a new foster home that had horses and a barn , she had reared and i'd fallen back to avoid getting in her way , only to pass out for an hour all alone because i'd hit my head . not fun ,

"Uh-huh, sure," was all on what I said now. After all. She owned one, of course she was going to saying that. And i began to follow her to the barn now, but I was still keeping a great distance between me and the other two now. My trust level with large animals was not at it's finest right now.

I stroked her neck as we walked , but she looked around intentely , her nostrils flaring with each breath . " easy girl." i whispered to her and she looked to the sound of my voice .

Valentine turned to the sound of his voice her eyes wider than before and slightly dialated in caution " can you go ahead of me and check to see how everything is ?" i asked softer , almost like a lullaby so it wouldn't alarm her

I raised an eyebrow, uncertain as to why she would think that I would be able to judge if everything was okay, "Alright," I replied now. My long legs carried me forward now as I moved around the horse and it's owner, leaving wide spaces between tehm and I before moving into the stables now. The lighting was on, and nothing seemed to be out of hte ordinary now, "It looks fine to me."

I merely nodded and continued foraward , a horse or two neighed lightly , and valentine raised herself into a low rear at first , then lowered herself back on the ground . " easy there." i said my voice tight

I waited in the esle now, figuring that nothing could remotely go wrong now, until some horses neighed and caused the white mare to rear slightly and I could hear Lili's voice grow tighter now. I took a step forward towards the girl and the horse now to offer my help, but my eyes remained on the horse. If she reacted negativly to me, then I wouldn't be able to help Lili.

He moved toward me , and as calm as i could i said " Don't. move." as she looked at him wide eyed and tried to raise herself up again for a second .
